I cant connect in the Xbox live

I cant connect in the Xbox live he tell me, You are not connected to the internet, but hi have internet because i speak whith you

So I try to reset the apply didn't work ,I try to restart my pc didn't work , I try to restart my connextion . i cant delete my account in the parameter, is didn't work I didn't have the button for delete.

please help me.

ok so I got a new router from twc yesterday, hooked it up and everythings fine, ive got an xbox 360 in the living room that's working great but my sons xbox 1 down in the basement cant connect to xbox live, I done the test connection down there and it said it was connected but he still cant get on xbox live, everything is hooked up just like before

i sign in, i cant connect to xbox live. i run a test to see if i can connect to xbox live. the test states that i can connect to xbox live. i sign in again, and i get a message stating that i cant connect to xbox live. help please

Go to you network section on you Xbox ....Then go to network settings try to disconnect you internet from the Xbox and then set the internet connection back up through your Xbox ... This might help

On your Xbox go to Settings and then Network Settings. In the middle section under 'Current Network Status' it will say "All services are available". If it does then your internet and Xbox live is ok and it is probably the game that is not working. If
it doesn't say all services are available then choose the option on the left to go offline, then go back online. If might be easier to just unplug the Xbox - leave it for a couple of minutes and then turn it back on again - this will force a reconnect to
Live. I see that there are a lot of issues with Live at the moment so you might just need to be a little patient. Hope this helps you.

i have the same problem in france with my 2 xbox one. i can't connect to xbox live since 24 hours. i can't do update on one of them, can t play, can t do anthing online and on the second i have accès to my movies, but i can t play games cause of cloud problem.
i'm not the only french in this cases. 24 hours it's going to be long...

After you have everything plugged in and connected properly just go to system>settings>network>network settings

And set up your network or if you're using Ethernet see if it's registering properly. Good luck!

 

Have you already tried resetting the Xbox Live app threw the system settings yet?

If you've not already tried this. To get to these settings do the following.

Right click on your Windows Start button> Select 'Apps & Features'.> Scroll down your list of installed apps until you find 'Xbox Live' near the bottom.> Left click on the 'Xbox live' app, and then select 'Advanced options'.> Proceed to then opt to 'Reset'.

Hopefully, this will resolve the issue that you're having with connecting.
