    I can't complete multiplayer test!


    Hello guys,

    I have a motel internet to which I am trying to connect my xbox one using a phone's WIFI:Mac address and it connects properly to the internet everything is working fine online like applications, browsing etc. The only thing that is not working is the
    multiplayer side of the gaming, I don't what but something is not letting me play multiplayer side of the gaming. Can someone suggest me what to do?

    Did both of those and still cannot complete the multiplayer test.

    "Can't finish multiplayer tests"

    its been working the last two days so as long as that keeps up no issues. What happens is when i turn it to manual and change dns servers it says the dns isnt resolving xbox server names

    Are you using the same Xbox live account/gamertag on the Xbox one that you are using to post with here on the forums? If so it seems to me that Your issue probably is due to the fact that you account is a "silver" account (from what I can see on Your gamer
    card) and that you need an Xbox Live gold account to play online multiplayer on the Xbox one (and Xbox 360)...

    An other possible issue could be that Your internet Connection fails to meet the minimum rquirements.. but If You have a silver account as I suspect, then that is probably you'r main issue..

    So I haven't been able to play for a long time due to network, but my network is completely fine, I ran through every test, yet it says I'm connected, on the other hand I can't connect to multiplayer. I reset, signed in and out, I fully shut down, I even
    checked if my xbox was up to date. Everything stays the same, When I run test multiplayer it says "can't finish multiplayer tests". it tells me to back up and and try the test again. But my network is fine, what else do I need to do to fix this?
