I cant complete a repair order via my Microsoft account

We understand the inconvenience caused. As per description, you are trying to send repair request for your Xbox elite v2 controller, but it doesn't allow you to complete filling up the form request.

We are sorry to hear that. If your Xbox Elite v2 controller is out of warranty, you can still request a replacement/repair by entering the controller’s serial number on the online form. You can find the serial number inside the battery compartment, below the barcode. If your device is out of warranty, you’ll be charged a repair fee.

The third box will ask you to describe your issue. and then select the "Next" button.

The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.

On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.

Hi, I have a problem with my Xbox 360 controller (cabled), it randomly started to have some input problems. All the game i run with my controller detect an input on mt R2, as if I make pressure on it, even if I am not doing anythinng. I don't know how to fix it.

I wish i could talk to an agent, However when i put my number in to get a call back it tells me "Something went wrong at our end. We’re working on it.". This is constant and the 5th day this has been happening. I cant do my order and i can't speak to anyone nor can i get anyone to contact me. Im frankly going insane about it.

Below are the examples of the problem i am having with the repair order. It does this all the time.

I have already done this ( i have completed previous repair orders with no problems). This time it would appear to be a site problem as it wont list my addresses and only allows me to add a new one, which then procceds to crash..everytime.
