  1. I Can't Communicate!


    I recently had 3 bans lifted from my console and account. The first being my console ban which ended on June 10th, 2017 (it was a one week ban). The other two being Communication, and Account Theft Phishing Solicitation (both two week bans). Now I am trying
    to talk in party chats and it states "Your privacy settings prevent chat with some people" and when I try to send a message it states "Choose something else to do because of your past behavior, you can't send messages." Now like I have already stated all my
    bans have been lifted, enforcement.xbox.com states that I have no current bans and I also called xbox support and they told me that I had no console bans or profile bans whatsoever. I have made all my privacy settings open and I have hard reset my console
    by holding the power button until it is completely off. I have also done a factory reset of my console yet the same problem occurs. Xbox support, what is the issue I'm having because I cannot solve these issues with the tools you have provided me, and it seems
    to be on your end.

    I was previously banned and on 7/30 8:00 pm I was unbanned but when I join parties it says because of my privacy settings i can't communicate and I can't send messages when I do it say so because of your past behavior you can't send messages

    If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding
    the account.

    primary place for further information will be the Xbox Enforcement page
    while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with the phone or chat support team through the
    Contact Us page to inquire
    if there is an enforcement action still on your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

    I still can't communicate after my suspension

    Remove/delete the GT from your console.

    Power cycle the console.

    Restart console, recover the GT back.

    I can't talk after a communications ban was lifted.

    There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
    an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

    They cannot assist with enforcement, but they can till you if you still have an active enforcement action not showing on the website.
