i can not afford a new console they cost about 50 pound i cant afford that even on christmas i dont get that much which is why i need to be unbanned but since they cant i need my games refunded its basically stealing my money

Unfortunately purchases cant be transferred between accounts.

I would suggest trying to get a refund, but I dont think you can get refunds for in game currency.

But remember submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Most purchases are not eligible for a refund after 14 days.

Regarding purchases from less than 24 hours ago:

It might take a few hours for new purchases to appear on your list.
