    I can't claim my xbox game pass perks on my Windows 10 laptop


    I saw the Disney plus perk for Xbox game pass ultimate, but when I pressed on it, 2 Lego games popped up, nothing else. I need help, I haven't be able to play any games in a month I can't claim my xbox game pass perks on my Windows 10 laptop :(.

    How can i redeem my Game pass Ultimate perks after moving regions?

    You can claim the perks by logging in on Xbox beta app on windows 10, the game pass app on mobile device or log in on your xbox one console, and find the perks on there and claim them. Each perk gives instructions on how to claim.

    I have xbox game pass ultimate, am in a eligible country, but the apple tv+ perk does not show up on my account.

    I have no updates for both my windows 11 laptop and xbox app.

    you can claim xbox game pass perks on pc and console only, so I do not think using the mobile app will work. (unless you can I am not sure.)

    When i go on the Xbox game pass app and go to perks it now tells me to claim it on my Xbox or pc and i don't have an Xbox and on my pc it says its not working right now
