I can't choose 4KUHD resolution

Discus and support I can't choose 4KUHD resolution in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have a 4k uhd and brand new hdmi 4k cables. Every time i chose 4kuhd resolution the screen cuts off.     I can't choose 4KUHD resolution


    I have a 4k uhd and brand new hdmi 4k cables. Every time i chose 4kuhd resolution the screen cuts off. Only displaying in low resolution mode. I have hdmi 2.0 enabled on my tcl roku. And i have xbox set to 60hz rate. All setting is green checked to run

    In xbox settings i choose the best resolution but in the game i can not choose resolution and other options for better look

    You can't really, you need to choose another resolution which gets rid of the two black bars. Try 720p or 1080i.

    i prefer a higher resolution very much but if causes the gameplay to be worse I choose gameplay over resolution

    When changing it to HDMI it goes haywire, It takes some time after putting a tick in all the boxes for the 4kUHD to pop back on the menu and when I do it says I basically can't do anything on 4k. However this TV is fully 4k and HD10 also. The Deep HDMI setting
    is on also and still not able to put a tick in the HDR box.

    I understand what you mean now, but it's not zoomed in, it's the screen resolution that has changed you need to configure that

    Right-click on your desktop and choose "Display Settings". Choose your screen and look for the resolution.
