    I'm having the same problem with it. I going the party and my friends cant hear me and I cant hear them. some times I cant even get into party chat, I get stuck into game chat

    This is happening to me also but I can't even chat to anyone at all

    If I join a party from a friend inviting me, or I invite someone in the party you normally see 2 purple circles next to our names yes? My friend says im not even in the party, although I CAN see them I cant even hear them and they cant hear me

    Even in game chat doesn't work (Destiny) as I cant even switch between fireteam/in game chat, although my friend can switch to fireteam chat and I can hear them that way

    Tried both headset and even resetting kinect, tried unplugging conolse, hard reset, nothing seems to work

    Please MS give us some info!

    Have you recently received any Enforcement actions on your account by chance? Our team is currently aware of some trouble with this for Xbox Live users who have recently come off of a communication suspension. For details and info check out

    If you're unsure of your recent account suspensions check out
    Enforcement.xbox.com     for a history of Enforcement actions. If no actions have been placed on your account let us know I cant' chatting with my friends in party or game chat, I hear them but they don't :)

    Whenever I stream on twitch on my Xbox, my chat cant hear my friends in game chat not party just the in-game chat. How do I get them to hear them without a capture card or anything? I have a Kinect sensor.
    As far as I'm aware, that feature is not available at this time. Your friends will need to be in party chat with you and will have to stay in party chat in order for your viewers to hear them.

    Question, I can hear the game audio, but I cant change the chat volume, yet I can still hear my friends in party's and game chat. The only way I can change how loud there voice is to change the game volume on my X12. I tried going to preferences and voice,
    but when I switch to play through headset, I don't hear my friends. Is there anyway I can change my friends voice volume? Because chat volume doesn't work on game chat and party chat.

    How have you got your headset connected?

    I ask because as there are separate volume controls for chat and game sound you should not encounter this problem.
