Kindly try to manage your Xbox privacy settings, here's how:

NOTE: If your account is a child account, you won't be able to manage your own Xbox privacy settings. You will need assistance from an adult account.

A child account is registered on the birthdate 21 years old and below upon the account's first creation

An adult account is registered on the birthdate 22 years old and older upon the account's first creation

Sign in to your Microsoft account at Xbox.com.

Select your gamertag, and then select the More actions button (…).

Select Xbox settings, and then select Privacy & online safety.

Note Because you’re accessing sensitive info, you may have to enter your password or PIN.

Select either the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety tab or the Privacy tab.

Review the current settings and update all of the options as "Allow" and "Everyone", and then select Submit to save the changes.

Note You must select Submit at the bottom of the page before leaving or switching to another tab. If you don't submit the changes before you move to the other tab, your changes won't be saved.

Once you're done, try to check if you can chat in Minecraft.

If you think your account is suspended you may check your suspension status or learn more about Xbox Safety actions taken on your account, follow these steps:

Visit enforcement.xbox.com.

Sign in with the account that has received a suspension using the link in the upper right of the home page.

If you have an active suspension or history of enforcement actions, click the box on the left to view more detailed information, including suspended features, start and end dates, and reasoning.

If your account is indeed suspended, you may file a case review, here's how:

Sign in and visit the Enforcement history page.

Note If you’re a member of an Xbox family group, an organizer in your family group must sign in to their Microsoft account to review your enforcement details before they can submit a case review on your behalf.

If you’re an organizer of an Xbox family group, you can choose the gamertag of the account that you’re reviewing under Viewing enforcement history for. Under Enforcement history or Active suspensions you may find active enforcements for your account, or one that you’ve selected.

Choose an enforcement action to review more info about the cause and effect of the enforcement in the pop-up window.

If the enforcement action qualifies for case review, you can select Submit an appeal to receive more info from Xbox Safety.

After you’ve completed the form, select Submit.

This didnt work. I think my account might be suspended from chatting, so is there a way i can get un-suspended?

I'm having the same problem with it. I going the party and my friends cant hear me and I cant hear them. some times I cant even get into party chat, I get stuck into game chat

Im not able to reach them. I cant send a ticket, i cant chat with them, i cant call them. That why i post my problem here. The chat are not online, i cant find the page to submit a ticket and when i call them they told me to write something here.
