I can’t chat with no one since the last update on my xbox

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Now it says that my network is good but there is a problem with the xbox service...

The console wont be updated. I don't know what to do...

My Xbox gone crazy again after installing Fifa 19.

I uninstinstalled Fifa and everything is good again.

The problem was Fifa 19 I think. Thanks EA...

I'm sorry to hear that this is still persisting after the soft factory . Now, what we suggest is a full reset of
the console since the problem that is causing this could be in the OS of the console so we suggest a
Factory Reset (Remove everything )before starting the troubleshoot step. Make sure:

• There is a stable network connection.

• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup let's do manual setup. Give it a
shot and let us know of any changes!

The power cycle of the console turned it off but when I lighted it up I've been stuck on the home screen (the green logo) for 20 minutes. So I did it again and I have a message now:

Error system : E105 00000000 80070079

It suggests me to reset it. I will try.
