i cant chat with my friends in party

I got suspension of 2 weeks from 17.10 to 31.10. now i can send message, i can join party, i can hear other players but nobody hear me when im talking. everything is ok. and i have update my controller, restart my consolbut it doesnt work. im pretty sure
my mic is still working. and i dont get any message about my suspension is extended. hope you can help me

Friends/party app

I'm having the same problem with it. I going the party and my friends cant hear me and I cant hear them. some times I cant even get into party chat, I get stuck into game chat

party chat problem

When i play with friends and i go to turn on party chat it says it cant turn on party chat...i dont know if it has to do with my connection or my friends connection or what???

Whenever I stream on twitch on my Xbox, my chat cant hear my friends in game chat not party just the in-game chat. How do I get them to hear them without a capture card or anything? I have a Kinect sensor.

As far as I'm aware, that feature is not available at this time. Your friends will need to be in party chat with you and will have to stay in party chat in order for your viewers to hear them.
