    I cant chat with my friends and the support didnt help


    I just got back and when i try to chat with friends i cant hear anyone and they cant hear me and im using a kinect sensor and it does read my voice and use kinect for chat is on and I set it to Everybody can can talk and text to me, audio settings goto headset
    (dont have) and speakers so if anyone knows how to fix this please tell me

    social suspension is over but party and game chat still dont work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    PLEASE [MOD REMOVED] HELP

    i've spoken to 5 chat support people who didnt help me at all and the last one even closed the chat mid sentence and i couldnt even start a new chat! !! ???\

    i was got a social suspension for 24 hours and waited till the time was over.

    I CAN send messeges now , but party and game chat are now totaly [MOD REMOVED] up.

    i can see people talking and they can see that i',m talking but i cant hear anyone and nobody can hear me !

    PLEASE FIX THIS

    I CANT PLAY WITH MY FRIENDS NORMALY NOW !!!!!!!!

    Chat ban extended until 25th of June but dont know why??

    I had a ban for ''communication'' and a ban for ''harassementabuseandthreaths'' running until the 31th of march. Now its the 5th of april and still cant chat with my friends. I tried to get some answers from the xbox support chat and they said that my ban
    was extended until the 25th of june... they didnt know why and they said that i should ask for help from the enforcement team and ask for an investigation. pls help cause a ban unitl june is way to long I cant chat with my friends and the support didnt help :(

    Hey there!

    A possible reason for not being able to hear or speak is that you are under a communications ban, check your email that is linked to your Xbox/Microsoft account for any sort of enforcement action from the team!

    They are typically not permanent. You can login to the enforcement team website and get that information if you do have a suspension. enforcement.xbox.com/home
