    I cant chat with microsoft on live support - does not work


    Everytime I try to start a live chat, I click on the button Start Chat...it just grays out but then nothing happens. I tried on chrome, brave, Firefox, IE, Microsoft edge... none of them worked.

    Seagate does not work with Xbox one, as I've just been informed via live chat. Thanks Microsoft for wasting my money. Unbelievable. Furious.

    90% of the time call back does not work, they have intentionally made it difficult to get the required support, live chat works for a few hours per day, Microsoft has to be one of the worst companies to get support with, unless you are paying millions for company support.

    Hi, it could also be the browser you are using, if you use anything other than Internet Explorer you can hit problems.
