    I can’t chat in minecraft windows 10


    When i hopped on minecraft today i was chatting with other people then when i joined another world it said you cant chat and need to go to aka.ms/accountsettings and i set the settings to allow for communication and i still cant chat.Some one please help

    i've been getting isuses with minecraft windows 10 edition. Even though the settings for the chat are enabled in xbox privacy settings i can't chat with other players.

    Hello Ported,

    No, you do not need to be streaming in order to use party chat. You can use party chat directly from the Windows 10 app.

    As regards Minecraft, unfortunately there the answer is no. You cannot at this time connect to people on Minecraft Xbox One from the Windows 10 version.
