I cant chat in mincraft servers and it's not letting me change the settings

I've been trying to change my settings for over half an hour so I can chat in minecraft but it wont let me into the page that I need to change it from my account has no parent and I should be able to change it (I play on a Nintendo switch)

My advise would be to try opening Manage Xbox online safety and privacy settings | Xbox Support in another browser and another device if possible. Make sure to try changing the settings in different browsers and that the device region is the right one.

Its not the problem of the game my man i have problems with me being offline and that i cant change it and i cant change my privacy settings to enable my voice chat

I did this and the second mincraft is still there trying to download but say 0 out of 0 complete? I'm confused

Edit I Uninstalled the second minecraft and now it works and let's me open mincraft.

same happened to my son ,he is crying now. the only reason for buying xbox360 and xboxlive is to play mine craft with his friends online .now he cant play it because of this ridiculous setting. it says one of your member has a restricted setting so I changed
all his and my account setting to be able to play it online .now he can play even all type of 18+ games online while he cant play mincraft which is 7+ my son is 10 years old,it is so annoying.I phoned microsoft and they told me that they cant help with it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
is not it kind of trap guys?
