I can't change the email for xbox live account!?!?!?!?

I can't change the email for xbox live account!?!?!?!? When I try to swap emails it says you cannot change your account right now please try again later. I created a Microsoft account for my new email, that's ALL I did. Then I go to my xbox, sign in with
my old email then my new one. Then I click continue and it says you cannot change your account right now please try again later. PLEASE HELP!!!

1) Go to My Account and Sign In with your Microsoft Account. (This is the email and password that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account).

2) Make the changes you want to your billings account information and then click Save.

2) Proceed to Settings, and then select Account.

3) Select Your Information, and then go to Billing Information.

4) Sign In with your Microsoft account password.

5) Change your billing account information and then click Done.

Change Windows Live ID

I want to change my Windows Live ID but the one I want to change it to already has an xbox live account. I created an xbox live account on my email but I never use it anymore. Then I made my current xbox live account on my mom's email. Is there any way for
me to delete the account on my email and change my xbox live to my email?

 

If i remember correctly this is best to be changed via a PC ie on Xbox.com rather than on the console itself.

There are several guidelines for changing the Microsoft Account associated with the gamertag. For it to proceed, there are certain conditions for both the current Microsoft Account and the target Microsoft Account that needs to be met.
