    I cant change the content filters in my account


    Ive tried following almost every "Help" post microsoft has on this and none have worked. Im trying to access games on Xbox Gamepass for PC and the Mature and above options dont show up. I cant change settings in my "family" because it thinks im not the owner of the group but im the only person in the family? So i cant change anything on that. Ive tried going into my settings and none of the options in there have done anything different. Please help me out on this one!! its been bothering me for like a year!

    Just tried this. still doesnt work. im so confused as to why it doesnt work though. i cant talk to an agent at this time either because for some reason it just comes up with an error message. thanks for trying though.

    Thank you so much for the update and I apologize for the trouble. Are you still a minor? Because if yes, an adult may need to manage it for you.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Are you still a minor? Because if you're still a minor we'll need to ask for adult assistance in that way they can manage your content filters.

    If you're already an adult there shouldn't be any issues and you just need to perform troubleshooting steps on your Xbox App.

    Go to PC Settings > Apps > Installed Apps > Search for "Xbox" > Advanced Options > Reset > Repair.

    After that, sign out and sign back in on the Xbox App for you to access the matured games.

    OH MY GOSH I FINALLY DID IT. THANK YOU SO MUCH DUDE YOU HELPED ME SOOO MUCH I LOVE YOU
    i found out that i had to add someone to my xbox family, then remove myself from the xbox family and do the thing in the advanced options where i troubleshoot the app. im so happy lol
