I cant change my xbox profile

I belive that some xbox services have been disabled over this turbulent time and that the changing profile picture is one of those functions. however i cannot confim this, but multiple of my friends have experienced the same issue over this time.

you might have got banned or have an issue with the app if you want you can try deleting the app and reinstalling it.

go out of the app and try again!!
