I can't change my Xbox Live region account

Hi, I currently have and Indian Xbox Live account, and I want to migrate to Spain. I migrated it once earlier today, and it appeared to be ok...but the Indian store was still showing. If I try now, I always get an error.

I suppose the migation didn't get well but the 90-days wait started...so what can I do now?

I recently bought an xbox 360 and in the setup process I created an xbox live account, however the account region was created with a US region and I live in Canada. I can't setup the billing information for XBOX live gold because I can't change the region
to Canada !!!

Is there a way to change the default US region on your account ?

Match your account region (not console region) matches your actual region

If you don't live in an xbox live region you can't redeem the codes

Sorry but you can only migrate once every 90 days. You'll need to wait until the time limit is over before you can do so again.

 

I already know that...the problem is that the first migration didn't went well, but the 90-days counter started.

 

It's possible that the migration is not yet fully completed and may take up to a week. However you can contact phone support to see what they can find out for you.

Wow, it's been pretty hard but now I can reply this thread.

I still have the Indian Store showing up in my supposed-to-be-migrated Spanish account. It's been more than a week, currently two.

 

Did you ever contact Phone Support, as per Onyx's advice above?

 

Not yet, I would prefer to solve this online.
