i cant change my xbox gamertag

I have a girls gamertag and I cant change it and I really need it changed plz help my xbox

They can help you out even if you don't have a console, I'm pretty sure they could even change your GT for you or at least help you with the website tech issues. Where are you trying to change your Gamertag at, specifically? Online via the web or through the Xbox itself?

If you're still experiencing issues, try looking at that error code on the Xbox Error Code look up. Error codes | Xbox Support I didn't see an error like that at all, so I don't know specifically what you're dealing with.
