Discus and support I can't change my xbox gamerpic on anything in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I tried the xbox app, but it keeps telling me, wait a while, its been 4 days and it's still happening, so i tried it from my laptop, and i still cant...     I tried the xbox app, but it keeps telling me, wait a while, its been 4 days and it's still happening, so i tried it from my laptop, and i still cant change it

    As the previous response explains, there is nothing you can do to resolve it, you need to wait it out, it has been disabled for everyone

    It will be the same for everyone, so you are not the only one that cannot change their gamerpic, just have to be patient and wait for the block to be lifted.

    You can't upload custom-just about anything right now. It's not personal, just a measure to reduce the amount of traffic on the servers for a bit.

    Xbox Gamerpicss are currently shut off meaning no one able to switch gamer pics right now, They are doing this to make moderation easier due to a very high volume of new users on the system.
