    I can't change my xbox account privacy settings


    I want to play on a Minecraft Bedrock realm, and when I go to change my settings, it just brings me to the support page on how to change my settings, no matter what link I click. Please help. Thanks, Anonymous.

    Changing date of birth

    Hi during setting up the Xbox one for my son I entered my date of birth instead of his by mistake. Can I change this? If so I don't know how to thanks.

    Also what privact settings should i have on there to protect my son whilst gaming online?
    As far as I'm aware you can't change the date of birth for an Xbox account. However, you can change the privacy settings of the account. you can do this by going into settings, account and then selecting privacy and online followed by Xbox live privacy. these
    settings can be changed to allow messages, online play etc.

    I'm using Google Chrome but i also tried Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Internet Explorer.

    And I tried it on my mobile phone 4 times but sadly still same.
