Thanks for getting back to us. Thanks for letting us know what device you're currently on. In this case we suggest you
try removing the Microsoft account by going to Settings, selecting
Accounts, and then selecting remove next to the account. Then re-add the account from the account picker when you sign in to the Xbox app.

but is 1 problem its a minecraft windows 10 i dont have console

I am confused as to your issue, if you have changed you gamertag already or chose your gamertag from the start you will need to pay the fee to change it. As for the not being able to play with friends on minecraft could be a connection issue, check your
network in your settings, or in total try a hard reset, sometimes this fixes all problems. Hold the power button for at least 10 seconds and unplug the console when its off, leave unplugged for at least 1minute then plug it back in and try again.
