    I cant change my resolution above 640 x 480


    I have a 4-year-old Xbox one s and it was working flawlessly, I turn it on today with no signal. I boot the box into a low-res-state and I get a signal. If I try to change the res to 720p, the screen flickers on and off with green lines going across the screen. I try to change to 1080p. No signal. Can anyone help?

    If you have tried a new HDMI and a TV and the issue is still occurring it's possible that your Xbox might broken. If that is the case you can contact Microsoft support for a repair if your device is under warranty still if not you might have to take it back to the store you got it from and ask them to have a look at your Xbox.     It will not work on any other resolution besides the lowest one (640 x 480)

    Still getting the "That didn't help" error

    Upon changing the Display Overrides from Auto-Detect to HDMI, the picture changed to a 640 x 480 resolution and 4K was not an available option. Interesting!
