    I can’t change my profile picture


    whenever I try to change my Xbox profile picture, it’s says “we still have your picture, we will upload it once we verify it’s ok” but there’s nothing wrong with it. Message Satkuuuuu if you have a solution

    Can’t send msg and change my profile picture

    I can’t send messages on Xbox or change my profile picture and I have a perfect record on enforcement.com for Xbox and I called a sponsor for and they told me that I’m good and it’s a glitch or something and I told him to come here and tell you what’s going
    on because in their department they can’t really do nothing and I can’t change my profile picture and is a picture of me and that’s what it’s always been and it’s telling me I can’t change it because it past activity but I never Change my profile picture so
    it doesn’t make sense because on the enforcement website it tells me congratulations for having a perfect reputation please help

    Have you tried via the website?

    Please, log in to this website: https://account.xbox.com/Profile

    Click Customize > Change gamerpic

    If it still does not work, try using another web browser.

    If you want to use a custom gamerpic, you can do it on the Xbox App.

    Click on your Current Gamerpic to open your profile, then: Click on the Edit Button (Pencil) > Click on the + Image logo to bring up your mobile device gallery > Select the Picture and adjust it.
