    Hi, i tried to change my profile picture (using a custom image from my computer) and I can't change it. I tried to do the same in the mobile app and the same happens. It says "No podemos cargar la imagen ahora mismo. Vuelve a intentarlo mas tarde". I'm
    trying everyday and it keeps saying the same

    Custom Images feature has currently been disabled until further notice. This is to help the Xbox Live network continue without interruption so more people staying at home can use the service. More info on the support page

    It happens the same when i try to change the image or the background of my Forza club, it happens in the Windows 10 Xbox Companion and in the mobile app

    Changing Gamer Picture on Xbox 360

    You will need a pc/laptop with Windows 10.

    If you have that, download xbox BETA app.

    Go to your profile and change your picture, there should be a button saying custom picture.

    You'll have to resize it but it's easy to do.

    If it don't work within day a hour try again.
