    I cant change my preview on Xbox one Insider Program


    I’ve purchased a used console, and when I launched the Xbox Insider Hub, it said that the console was enrolled in a preview. Is there a way for me to get that old account of the Xbox and review even though I don't have that account on my Xbox. I would like
    to set it to where I can change the Previews from preview 3 to 4. Is there anyway I can get help with getting that person's account off the program?

    Cant Leave the Insider Program

    Hi Support,

    I was about to leave the Insider program.

    But everytime i wanna do this i get the Messege, login with the Email on which i joined the Preview Program back in the Days.

    A while ago i changed my Email so i cant login with that "old-one"

    So i need a bit Support, change something there or manually remove me from that Insider-Hub-Program please.

    How to join the Xbox Insider Program?

    Hello!

    Does anyone know how can I join the Xbox One Insider Program so I can test out preview builds like on my PC? I heard that now the ex-preview program now named Xbox Insider Program will be open to all Xbox One users. Is that true? If it is then how can I
    join the program?

    You will need to download the "Xbox Insider Hub" application.

    How to leave the Xbox One update preview program:

    1. Launch the Xbox Insider Hub on your Xbox One or a Windows 10 PC.
    2. On the main landing page, select Settings.
    3. Select Manage devices and choose the one you want to remove from the program.
    4. Select Done.
    Note: Change may take up to 72 hours for the change to take effect and a factory refresh may be required.

    As it hasnt been registered on the insider program by me, ir doesnt show up in my insider hub. So i cant remove it.

    The Preview Program has now been rebranded the "Xbox Insiders Program" and it's going to be open to everyone. Your app should update and reflect that. When the registration changes to not in preview, you can set it back to join the Insiders Program and
    get right back in the fold to test!
