    Hey there Auctioned,

    I do apologize for this inconvenience, Of course the
    Custom Gamerpic     is only available to Adult accounts. If you are logged into the correct account then it is simply going based off of the D.O.B. which was initially set when the account was created.

    You may need to delete the app and reinstall it. This might help with the issue as there have been some known issues with the app lately and people wanting to make changes to their profile.
