I can't change my payment metod on mobile.

Hi, i want buy game in Microsoft Store and I want change my payment metod with credit card on mobile phone (Poland-Play) but I can't. Early I bought some games with this metod and I haven't any problems. Now I don't see this metod on the list (in payment
metod I have added two credit cards and mobile phone). I erase this metod and added new but problem is still.

Hi Sled,

Due to you are unable to change it on PC or the Xbox console, it may be tied to an auto renewal. Your best bet would be as Felixx suggested and request a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Unfortunately you can't change payment methods with a mobile device, that has to be done from a PC. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/billing/payment-and-purchases/manage-payment-options-online

Hi, thx for all answers. I tried change this metod on my xbox console and on PC too. Any metod doesn't work. Propably I must call to Microsoft, maybe they can help me.

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and see what might be causing that issue. The agent would also be able to change
your payment options for you.

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)
