    Hi!

    I recently purchased the PC Game Pass. But whenever I want to change my gamertag through this URL https://social.xbox.com/changegamertag I get a "blank" page beside the background.

    That might be the issue Micky, well the obvious things are not to use slurs or offensive language in it, what name are you trying to create? Remember we are not Microsoft employees here we are gamers if you feel frustrated with the issue I recommend talking to Xbox support if this continues. As someone who has had issues with his GT I totally understand the frustration.

    I've tried it on my phone as well. Resetting my router? Does not help... Also "If the issue persists check if your new GT is now infringing the community guidelines!" How can I even check that if the page does not work..?

    Yes, I've tried Chrome, Incognito (chrome), and Firefox as well, but I'm still getting a blank page.

    Odd, try resetting your router or using a different device like your phone! If the issue persists check if your new GT is now infringing the community guidelines!

    Hi there Micky welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Have you tried using a different browser or device? That tends to help when we get this issue.
