I can't change my gamerpic

Discus and support I can't change my gamerpic in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; For the last couple weeks I haven't been able to change my custom gamer pic at all and I've tried everything I could do and it's still not letting me...     I can't change my gamerpic


    For the last couple weeks I haven't been able to change my custom gamer pic at all and I've tried everything I could do and it's still not letting me change it and my gamer pic isn't anything bad as well.
