    You have to be 18 to be able to change it. It's just the rules. There is no way to change the age of your account once its been created.

    Try changing to one of the original gamerpics and then change it back to your custom gamerpic.

    I fixed it by changing my picture to a stock gamerpic and then reuploading my custom one. Thanks for the help though
