i cant change my account region

i cant change my account region to Hong Kong SAR

i moved to Hong Kong SAR from Taiwan (ROC) like 2 months ago im trying to change my account region from Taiwan To Hong Kong idk what the issue is

Hello Ray, that is really weird because Taiwan has Microsoft services.

You have tried changing the account region by the link below by going to "Your Info" tab, and changing under "Profile info".
