I can't change Microsoft Store account

Discus and support I can't change Microsoft Store account in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I have a Xbox Ultimate signature in the Xbox, but it is on my brothers account, we share the signature and we can play normally on console.     I can't change Microsoft Store account


    I have a Xbox Ultimate signature in the Xbox, but it is on my brothers account, we share the signature and we can play normally on console. But i tried to play with the Xbox App here on my pc and it says that i dont have a signature, so i tried to change
    my Microsoft Store account to my brother's that have it and i simply cannot. I really tried all the ways that i read, when i click to swap accounts on the Xbox App it opens the Microsoft Store normally,like nothing happened and i cant change it inside the
    store either. I dont know what to do, i just want to play my games.

    Hi! I checked which user is logged in and I can confirm that she is logged in with the same credentials in Microsoft Store, Windows account, Roblox account and Microsoft site account. Still, I can't change the currency (actually I can't convert GBP to RON) in order to have the possibility to use the existing money in her account.

    I have the same problem.

    I can't download certain software from the MS Store or Xbox (beta).

    For example,

    ”Microsoft Flight Simulator”

    ”F1 2019”

    But, I can download “Forza Horizon 4” etc...

    I changed my local account and Microsoft account (and re-contracted the xbox game pass), but it didn't work.

    So, I have to change to another xbox/ MS account if I want to link another steam account?
    Does changing the xbox account will automatically change the microsoft store account?

    I'm logging in with my microsoft account, through the microsoft account log in.

    I've already migrated my account and it worked, because I played after it migrated. I've been having this issue after I changed to the new minecraft launcher they've released through the microsoft store, and I can't log in to Xbox Live through the Xbox app either.
