    I cant "cancel" the subscription of my old xbox account, because i deleted him for some...


    The only thing that i have is the "xbox name" its "DrearierPie2435" , and the payment nomber , if you could resolve this , can you cancel all the subscription that a i have on the account that i deleted, if its possible i can give you the payment nomber
    to resolve it , ho have the same problem, please if you know how to resolve this, tell me please, the money are going to nothing

    Well .... this doesn't really solve the issue. Ok - I cancel subscription on mine (Is this Gold or the Game thing?) and reset on my oldest. Oldest owns console #2. Set him up for Home. But his brother won't be able to play, because I cancelled my subscription
    on my account, home on Console #1..... So you have to have two subscriptions ....is what I am hearing .....

    Are you wanting to cancel your subscription, or delete your entire account so you can free up your email to make another account? These are two very different things.

    If you are just wanting to cancel your Xbox Live Gold subscription, you can follow the steps listed in this forum:

    support.xbox.com/.../cancel-xbox-live-gold-subscription

    Otherwise, if you're looking to delete your Microsoft Account so you can free up the email and start fresh, follow the steps listed here:

    support.xbox.com/.../cancel-microsoft-account

    Please note that if you intend to delete your Microsoft account entirely, it takes some time for the system to catch up, and you may not be able to immediately create a new account.

    Well I just checked my account and apparently someone was kind enough to cancel it because my gold subscription is gone and all my payment options are deleted, so I guess my problem is solved.
