I can't cancel my subscription

Hej everybody.

I pay every 3 or 4th month for xbox live on my old 365 account, which was hacked and "frozen". The problem is, that my e-mail linked is not operational, and cannot be accessed.

I have tried to use my hardware number (on the xbox itself) but it's not enough for the computer to grant me access.

Security will not let me cancel the payments, so i'm doomed to pay this forever? I hope you can help me.

I had this problem once & I couldn't cancel because the card I was microsoft was still trying get a payment change your payment option & it should happen for you then hope this help.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have an issue with cancelling a subscription. We recommend requesting a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

To cancel a subscription trough Microsoft you need to know the account that it's tied to the subscription, if you don't know the account you must contact the bank to request them to stop those charges

i cant call them at the moment and i dont have enough money to renew. I need $25 and i only have $10
