I can't cancel my subscription.

My Gold ran out last month and I don't have enough money to re-new it. But, my account says I still have gold and I can still access the games I got with gold but can't play online. I tried to cancel it but I just can't seem to figure out how I followed
the steps and everything. I tried buying a new subscription for a month but it was blocked because of the over-due subscription. What do I do to get the over-due subscription out of my way.

I had this problem once & I couldn't cancel because the card I was microsoft was still trying get a payment change your payment option & it should happen for you then hope this help.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have an issue with cancelling a subscription. We recommend requesting a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

To cancel a subscription trough Microsoft you need to know the account that it's tied to the subscription, if you don't know the account you must contact the bank to request them to stop those charges
