    i can't cancel my subscription because its suspended how do i fix this btw my credit card is broken so i cant pay it.

    my son has ran a huge bill on my credit card

    I want to cancel a subscription to x box live as my son has ran up a huge account and cant cancel the subscription

    Won't let me change my membership to Gold

    Hi there,

    Have you tried cancelling your Game Pass from a PC, if you have access ? Just sign in to your Microsoft account and go to Services & Subscriptions, Or click on this link -->

    MS Services & Subscriptions     and Navigate to the Subscription you want to cancel and cancel as normal.
