I can't cancel my Minecraft Realm

It says I purchased the realm through the windows 10 version of Minecraft. I go to where you manage your realms and click on Manage and it brings me to my Microsoft account subscription management and there is no subscription there to cancel. It still charges me everyday and according to Minecraft my subscription is still active without a way to unsubscribe. It has been going on for 3 months now.

Have you also tried to cancel using other browsers like Edge or Google Chrome in anonymous mode?

With issue like these, you will have to contact our live support as they will be able to cancel the subscription if there's an active one on your account and refund you for the latest charge.

You can request a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website. If you are facing any issues with that, please go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue. If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

If it's still charging you and you can't cancel it, then the simplest solution would be to remove your payment method from your MS account until it's expired

However, there shouldn't be a reason why you can't as you can cancel the subscription from the Minecraft main menu...unless I'm missing something?

I'm not sure what specifically you want to cancel, but if it's Xbox Live itself or Game pass, then you will require the Xbox Live Account (Microsoft Account) details then this link might help to recover the account:
