I cant call valid bingos

I have windows 8.1 64bit, on a Lenovo.

I have been having this problem all day today 3-26-14.

I have valid n=bingos during the game. I hit bingo then get a red x and a 10sec countdown no matter how many time I do it. game over I buy 5 more number then it accepts my previous bingos. I don't want to be wasting money like that.

Hello Sandflea,

Did you check in your gift section for the Keys? That's where you should find them.

You can call bingos as rows horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. Corner bingos are also valid.

 

I think you just might be listening afterall

Caller got stuck on last ball, I had one bingo and then as caller kept going I got 6 more bingos then the connection reconnected and I DID NOT lose my legit bingo and any coins and power ups,

From the very beginning,

Valid bingos are not scored. In fact, in my case: my bingos are counted in the end of game reward; they are reported in list of all bingos to the left of the screen during a game; but they produce not a "Bingo" happy picture, but a red cross and 10s delay
as if there was no bingos on field. Auto-bingo also does not seem to work (not sure in this point, as soon as I can't say what is normal behavior, but no "Bingo" picture also).

XBox connection is established, Facebook is not used.

 

Having the same problem. Valid bingos don't score, freezing and crashing repeatedly. To bad, I really do like the game, but with all the problems it is very frustrating.

 

I use windows 8 on a microsoft surface tablet and have the same problems, this has cost me plenty of gold purchasing the next 5 balls,

It is very disappointing because the game is a lot of fun when it does work, however, it seems to fail more than work lately with connection problems and now failed valid bingo calls

 

it started back working the next day so I have no idea what's going on. is it working for any of u?

 

same problems on a 64GB Windows Surface with 8.1 RT
