    I just got off the phone with xbox and they dont even know whats going on with my account. They told me to call back tomorrow.

    Log into account.microsoft.com to view the services and subscriptions tab. Be sure that you do not have an outstanding balance listed in red there. Also be sure you don't have any expired payment methods listed on the account and that all your information
    is up to date.

    I was on the phone with xbox. They looked at all that and everything was up to date. They just couldnt figure out what was weong. He told me to just wait and call back tomorrow while they figure out whats wrong
