I can’t buy Xbox gamepass

I know that’s the only reason I would buy gamepass and now I can’t even play that

7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
8. On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support! we understand that you are facing issues when trying to purchase the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. But don't worry, please try the following troubleshooting steps before attempting to complete the purchase:

Step 1: Clear Mac address:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Step 2: Remove your account:

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm then re-add your account.

Step 3: Reset your console:

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

Step 5: Check your internet connection:

In case the issue still persists, please try connecting to a different network, or perhaps using a hotspot momentarily to see if you can purchase the subscription successfully and then connecting to your home network once more.

You can’t. You need to buy it

Monster Hunter has left gamepass, so you’ll need to buy that to if you haven’t already.

I was told that only applies on gamepass to Xbox systems if you use a pc you can’t get access until the 28th
