Discus and support I can't buy the xbox gold in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I cant buy the gold in my account And I had 52$ on it but i cant buy the gold i don't know why it just said how you would pay the rest !!!...     When I try to pay Xbox Live Gold for one month and the payment goes through and receive the error:

    "Use the another method of payment", "Failed to obtain authorization for this purchase"

    My Visa card is valid, purchase in Xbox shop it already done

    phone support    , they should be able to take a closer look and see what's going on and hopefully sort you out.

    It seems like you don't have enough funds in your account. It's possible that you need to delete and add your debit card again for it to work, or Xbox Live services are down.

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I'm sorry to hear about this issue with purchasing xbox live gold. You may be short on funds if you are not accounting for taxes.

    If this is not the case, then you should contact Xbox support as stated in the Error message you posted for us :

    1. Contact us here
    2. Select My Account
    3. Select "See other options"
    4. Select Error Messages and codes
    5. Select "Show contact options"
    6. Select Request a callback from support
