    You see, what happens is that I tried to buy the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for PC for 1 month, but at the time of purchase I got the following:
    Try another payment method or change the region of the microsoft store, the region from which the payment method was defined and the region of the microsoft store must match.
    and I was wondering if it is possible to change region to allow me to buy the game pass or use a VPN to buy as I live in a country where the xbox game pass is not available and I was wondering if that is possible or I directly discard any possibility.

    If it's not available in your region, you won't be able to get it. Use of a VPN to try to bypass region restrictions violates the terms of service and would put you at risk for being banned.

    If i understand the problem, you want to buy them both an Xbox Game Pass subscription to play on their respective PC's ? Buy an Xbox Game Pass PC sub for each or a Ultimate Game Pass. Log their account on Xbox beta app on PC and buy them the correct sub.
    Or use xbox.com with their account correctly sign in and buy them Xbox Game Pass for PC.

    If you are on a not supported region for game pass you won't be able to use any game pass games and that's probably why you can't see the EA games, it's rare that you have access to game pass games but that could be due to a PC/account setting that it's allowing you access those games

    Xbox support won't be able to help with this as bypass the region lock for the services it's against the terms of service
