    Same I've tried everything to sort it out but can't find a way but yet I can buy stuff on Xbox 360 just fine and it won't let me change any privacy things on the xbox one

    Error Buying Black Ops

    Hello,

    When I try to buy Black Ops on the Xbox One store I keep getting errors. I get the error code 0x8c150020 and it tells me to buy on Xbox.com or 360. However, I don't own a 360 and Xbox forced me to update security so now I can't buy stuff from the xbox website
    for 30 days.

    I've heard a few people got around this but I can't find anything about it.

    You would have to contact Rooster for issues with their card

    No one here has any ability to look at your account or look at anything to do with money
