I can't buy helmet for my avatar!

When i try to buy i says:

Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox.
When i try to buy from xbox it says same thing! Help me please!!!!

Used my XBL 10th Anniversary Helmet Code - Had a error during download & didn't obtain the helmet - Can't redownload since the code has been "used"

I have the same issue. I can see the HELMET in my memory storage, but can't activate it to appear on my avatar.

Any ideas?

you unlock kats helmet for your avatar via getting an achievement, cant remember wich one :$

and you can also get a recon helmet for your avatar, with a code

or you can get an ingame recon helmet for your spartan with a code

I'm having the same problem. I've been trying to buy Carbon Scout for DAYS and even on the Xbox One, it gives me that warning. WE NEED GUIDANCE!!

Mate that is a gamerpic made from an avatar. It's the avatar's helmet up close.

It's probably a call of duty avatar helmet. Zoom in and take the photo lol

When I got the N7 helmet and went to put it on my avatar, I got a message telling me it I needed to download it and do I want to download now. After saying yes, it downloaded, the avatar wardrobe updated, and I had my helmet. Don't know if this helps?
