Xbox support will not call you from a request on the forums. You would have to request a callback by using the Contact us portal

I usually get the message if I accidentally visit the store page with a different country setting than the country of my payment method.

For example, my Credit Card is from Germany, but if I follow links from Major Nelson blog to the store page, I often get the US store, and when I try to buy a game from the US store with my German credit card, I get that error.
