    i am trying to buy a game from the xbox store but it says my settings are set to that i cant buy games from the store and i cant change the settings as i dont have a parental account please help!???!???!!!!!!!

    Typically that means the game is region locked. In order to purchase/download region locked games your account region has to match your physical location and you would have to be in a region where the game is available. Since Uruguay is not supported,
    you will run into issues with some purchases. You'll have to purchase the game on disc.
