i can't buy games, nor register my debit card information

hello, every time I want to buy something from the store, a message would appear, saying that I have to use another type of payment, I use PayPal and I can't register my debit card for some reason. what can I do to solve this?

I can't buy with my debit card

I'm having trouble with my debit card, I've tried several times to adquire an xbox game in promotion it expires in 3 days, but once i put my data it rejects my card saying i should contact my bank or use another payment method. I've already contacted my
bank and they say everything is fine but i still can not buy the game, what should I do? i think its a microsoft issue, I look forward to recieving your help. thank you.

be sure to check http://account.microsoft.com/ services if it shows any issues, shark check if ask payment and billing information is correct in that page. If all is correct then be sure to check the payment options
country if that matches the region selected on your console. They must be the same.

Hi Supercharged. You would need to use a payment method that is actualy registered to you, like a debit or credit card, or a reloadable card from places like walmart, where it actually is registered to you. You also have the option for prepaid codes, which
can be purchased online or at most stores that sell XBOX games. The games you want to buy would need a credit or debit card like the ones i just described.

If you have an online banking account, you can easily access and cross-verify if all the information associated with your debit card matches up with what you're trying to enter on your Xbox or Microsoft account.

Commonly, the billing address might be the problem if it's been mistyped or out of date. Depending on your bank's policies, they might temporarily deactivate your card if there's been too many declined purchase attempts at once.
