    I can't buy games in the store


    Hi, I have problem with my xbox one, when i try to buy some game in the store, the console show this message: check your internet connection and try again. We couldn't connect to the Store.

    I don't know what's the problem with my xbox beacuse I play Halo 5 in multiplayer and I don't have any problems with the internet connection.

    Please Help me

    recently i moved to another country and i put 60 euro's on my account ( in that other country ) but now i cannot buy anything in the store.

    Please advise

    I can't buy the game at the Xbox store.

    If I go to https://www.xbox.com/uk-ua and search for a game (click the search box) it shows me a price in hryvnia and the option to buy.

    You could also try to change the region on your console and buy from the console store.

    Or if you have a disc drive, you could buy physical discs from eBay, Amazon, etc. (Check your country's import restrictions first, if you buy from another country. There's usually a tax-free limit.)

    There are also news articles announcing official Xbox support for Ukraine coming soon. (But no date.)

    If Xbox is not officially able to be sold in your area, they cannot legally sell you games.
